Join us for a farm tour, special event or workshop
If you’ve ever been curious about milking a dairy goat, wanted to cuddle a baby goat, or wished to learn more about sustainable farming, our Sonoma County goat farm tour is for you! Meet our intelligent, “capricious” animals and the sustainable, Certified Humane® farm where they happily live alongside chickens, beehives and more. See sustainability in action, from our solar array and rainwater catchment tanks to our pioneering use of tagasaste, an innovative goat fodder crop. Enjoy and learn about our olive and fruit orchards and new hop yard.
You’re welcome to bring a picnic and enjoy our peaceful, western Sonoma County farm after the tour concludes.
Our expanded farm tour dates make it more convenient than ever to visit Redwood Hill Farm. Our smaller, individually led format offers a more intimate look at our farm. Tours start at 11 a.m. and last for approximately 1 ½ hours.

Please note: farm tours are by advance reservation only.
Our 2017 tour season has ended…
With the beginning of the rainy season, we have concluded our tours for the year. We are so very grateful for the rain. But with the rain, (and cold and mud) tours are less enjoyable for people and the goats.
Thanks to all of you who came to say hello and spend time with us in 2017. With the colder, shorter days of fall and winter, we look forward to more time in front of the hearth as we browse seed catalogs, plan the spring garden as well as the goat shows we’ll be traveling to next season. With that planning will be the dates for our spring farm tours and workshops, so please stay tuned! Check back here or join our Farm Community Newsletter, and you’ll be the first to have our spring schedule for tours and all the events planned for spring. It’s going to be a special year for us as we’ll be celebrating Redwood Hill Farm’s 50th Anniversary—plan to celebrate with us! We look forward to visiting with you on the farm in 2018.
