Farm Tours

Our Spring Farm Tour season has ended and we want to thank all of you that attended this year!  It was an engaging and joyful time meeting you and the kids (baby goats) enjoyed their cuddles from you too.  Check back here later this summer as we may be able to offer a small fall tour season.

When you visit, you’ll meet the true stars of the farm—our intelligent and delightfully capricious dairy goats. Tours include a variety of hands-on and engaging activities, such as cuddling newly arrived kids, watching them enjoy their lunch of goat milk, feeding the adult goats, and observing a hands-on milking demonstration led by a member of our family. And back by popular demand, try your hand at milking a goat!

New this year was a special flower-focused event, Babies & Blossoms, and it was very well received so that we plan to have more in the future. This unique tour highlights our flower field, with guided flower selection and picking, followed by a flower arranging demonstration with time to create your own bouquet to take home. Of course, there were plenty of baby goats to cuddle and feed.

We celebrate farm life while producing high-quality artisan products. At our farm market stand, we featured seasonal favorites including farm produced olive oil, fresh flower bouquets, and goat milk & olive oil soaps. And, we were excited to once again offer delicious artisan goat cheese made by Mt. Eitan, using Redwood Hill Farm goat milk.

Environmental sustainability has always been a priority at Redwood Hill Farm. During your visit, you’ll see our sustainability projects in action—from being solar powered for over 15 years, to rainwater catchment tanks capable of collecting and storing 100,000 gallons for summer irrigation. We compost goat manure to enrich our crops, and our regenerative farming practices help sequester carbon and support healthy soil.

Located in Sebastopol’s Russian River Valley, Redwood Hill Farm was founded in the 1960s by our parents, Kenneth and Cynthia Bice, and remains family-owned and operated today. We look forward to welcoming you and sharing our farm with you during one of our upcoming Farm Tours!
